Clarity Communication Systems Recognized for Achievement in Technology Innovation and Innovation Management by MIT Enterprise Forum
 
Aurora, Illinois, January 16, 2006 - Clarity Communication Systems Inc., a provider of Push-to-Talk (PTT) solutions, Location-Based Services (LBS), and custom product solutions for the mobile marketplace, announced today that it has been named a finalist in the MIT Enterprise Forum of Chicago Below The Radar® Innovation Recognition Program. Clarity was selected by a panel of judges appointed by MITEF as one of five Illinois organizations whose activities exemplify outstanding innovation and economic value creation.
 
Clarity was selected in two categories: technology innovation and innovation management. Criteria for selection included overall creativity, impact on customer experience, and potential for commercialization. Clarity's innovations enable cellular carriers to deliver services that will open new markets and reshape the way consumers and businesses use their mobile devices. The integration of Location Based Services with Push-to-Talk to create Location-enabled PTT (LEPTT) adds a whole new dimension to the cellular communications experience and extends the use of PTT as a safety device. In addition to providing consumers with new ways to protect family members, LEPTT also empowers law enforcement to improve emergency services.
