Where2Talk is the only service for mobile phone users that combines LBS with PTT in one application.

Where2Talk combines the communication immediacy and group call capabilities of PTT with LBS to create a truly unique service for both enterprises and consumers. Now, decisions on whether to call someone can be based on where a person is located.

The Where2Talk application can be launched automatically on the handset, is transparent to the user, and has an intuitive, easy-to-use interface. The service consists of a BREW mobile phone application and a web-based Dispatch Console that provide the following capabilities:

From the mobile phone:

• Mange/view the contact list (Pal List)
• See who is online and available
• Make PTT calls to individuals and groups
• View a contact's location at-a-glance
• Obtain a map, street address, and directions for each contact's location

From the Dispatch Console:

• See who is online and available
• View location of all contacts on full color maps
• Make a PTT call to selected contacts based on where they're located
• Dispatch addresses to mobile phones
• Maintain historical records of workforce locations
